Cancellation Policy

Standard Cancellation Policy

We have a 7-day cancellation policy, which means we need at least 7 days notice to cancel & refund your ticket. Admin & Service Charges will apply. 

If you do need to cancel within 7 days, unfortunately we are unable to offer a refund. However, we will honor your tickets for another available date in the same year.

To amend your booking, you can contact us at events@townsendfarm.co.uk - or fill out our contact form on the "Contact Us" option on our menu.

We endeavor to reply within 48hrs. If you don't get a response, please check the email you've sent to or message us over on Facebook.

Exceptions (Event Cancelled):
In the unlikely event that Townsend needs to cancel the proceedings of any dates, a refund will be offered or alternative dates honored.
